Flood Watch issued October 6 at 5:41PM EDT until October 7 at 12:00PM EDT by NWS Jacksonville FL

A flood watch was issued for portions of northeast Florida and southeast Georgia through October 7 at 12:00 PM EDT. Flooding from excessive rainfall is possible.

As I was shooting my first test exposure, this giant bolt shot down from the cloud, and I captured it, over-exposed and (frustratingly) out of focus. I got three more frames with less exciting (but properly exposed and focused) sticks, but just 7 minutes after I arrived, rain started coming down in sheets so I split. 4 frame composite, shot September 22, 2016 over the Indian River from Melbourne, Florida.
