Life-threatening flash-flood warning for the Forsyth Burn Scar near Pine Valley, Utah

Emergency management reported life-threatening flooding and possible severe debris flows around the Forsyth Burn Scar, with flooding ongoing or imminent after 1.5–2.25 inches of rain. The warning was issued October 11 at 1:55 p.m. MDT and was valid until 3:15 p.m. MDT.
