Tropical Storm Watch issued October 8 at 12:59PM CDT by NWS Birmingham AL

A Tropical Storm Watch was issued for the Pickens area, with Carrollton listed as an affected location. The alert says tropical-storm-force winds are possible within 48 hours and a Flood Watch is in effect.

I was heading to Centenary Square via the back, kind of going in reverse of a route I took before. Saw some things on or near Cambridge Street to take. The dullness of the clouds was because it was about to rain (lightly). Took this for the contrast between the modern buildings (including The Cube) and the former Municipal Bank.
