Tropical Storm Watch issued October 8 at 12:59PM CDT by NWS Birmingham AL

The warning covers Talladega and Sylacauga, where tropical-storm-force winds are expected somewhere in the affected area within 36 hours. A Flood Watch was also in effect, with rainfall of 1–3 inches and locally higher amounts forecast.

I was heading to Centenary Square via the back, kind of going in reverse of a route I took before. Saw some things on or near Cambridge Street to take. The dullness of the clouds was because it was about to rain (lightly). Is this part of The REP going to be demolished? Some building site thing that says Speedy Space and Brandon Bowsers. You can just see The Cube pop up into view here. I think work has started to demolish this side of The REP, as part of the Libary of Birmingham building site.
